Summer is here, the sun is bright, and so are your nails (or they should be anyway!). The latest craze in nail polish is neon -whether it be highlighter yellow or Barbie pink - and everyone is embracing this new trend. China Glaze has put out their Summer
Neons line for $7 with festive colors like "Orange You Hot?" and
"Flirty Tankini." American Apparel's Neon collection, for only $6,
features all colors of the rainbow. If you don't want to dish out the
cash for high-end brands, try Sinful Colors Professionals from Walgreens—they're only $1.99! I'll definitely have to go out and pick up some for myself.
